Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. By Violla is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
